Mahogany Brown founded Caring Hands For The Elderly as an effort to make a difference in the level of care provided to one of the most delicate groups of individuals, the elderly. Growing up, she was very close to her grandparents. Her relationship with her grandparents showed her how much she valued the wisdom and love this age group provided. As she grew older, she later took on her first job providing routine care for an elderly couple in their private home. She also grew very close to this couple and realized how much passion she had for this type of work. As she continues to grow her very own elderly care business, she strives to form a strong team with some of the most compassionate employees.
It is extremely important to Mahogany that she builds a relationship with each client. She also places a heavy importance on having a good working relationships with their family members as well to ensure they feel connected throughout the process. In Mahogany's words, " These are my extended family members. I want them to know they are valued and feel cared for."
Our team of caregivers who work for Caring Hands are highly motivated to provide exceptional care to each patient. They participate in ongoing training throughout their employment to ensure the quality of care remains consistent. Integrity of this industry is extremely important, and each caregiver pledges to maintain the highest level of integrity and moral values throughout each work day, no matter the setting. They are always encouraged to use the same level of care they would provide to their own family members.
